Graduated in Law. Born on August 1st, 1935. Entered Government Service on November 13th, 1959 and worked as Munsif, Civil Judge, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Appointed District Judge on December 1st, 1984. Judicial Member, Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow on April 10th, 1987 and District Judge from June 21st, 1986. Appointed Judge in the Allahabad High Court n July 6th, 1990. Retired on August 1st, 1997.
