Sri Ateeq Uddin, Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad to be Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad vice Sri Saif Ahmad.

He is also appointed U/s 11(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) as Judicial Magistrate, First Class for trying cases relating to Economic Offences at Farrukhabad.

Pursuant to Government Office Memo No. 183/II-4-2016-3(5)/91 T.C. Dated 31.05.2016, Sri Saif Ahmad, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad is appointed/posted as Deputy Secretary, U.P. State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow on deputation basis.
