Pursuant to Government Office Memo No. 1130/II-4-2018-26/2(3)/82 dated 13.12.2018, Sri Neeraj Nigam, District & Sessions Judge, Fatehpur is appointed/ posted as Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow on deputation basis.

On reversion to the regular line, Sri Malkhan Singh, Officer-on-Special Duty (Judicial) (Infrastructure), High Court of Judicature at Allahabad to be IInd Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Ghaziabad vice Smt. Anita Raj.

He is also appointed U/s 14 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Act no. 33 of 1989) as Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes at Ghaziabad in the special court created for trying cases under the said Act.

Smt. Anita Raj, Special Judge/ IInd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be IIIrd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

Smt. Beena Chaudhary, IIIrd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be IVth Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Ghaziabad vice Sri Shashi Bhushan Pandey.

She is also appointed as Special Judge at Ghaziabad for trying cases under the following Acts: -

I- U/s 12-A of U.P. Essential Commodities (Special Provisions) Act, 1981, against the special court created for the said Act.

II- U/s 153 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003) referred to under section 135 to 141 of the said Act.

Sri Shashi Bhushan Pandey, Special Judge/ IVth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be Vth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

He is also appointed U/s 5 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (U.P. Act No. 7 of 1986) as Special Judge at Ghaziabad for trying cases related to the said Act.

Sri Jagdish Prasad-V, Vth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be VIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

Sri Kunal Vepa, VIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be VIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

Smt. Machala Agarwal, VIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be VIIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

She is also appointed U/s 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Act no. 32 of 2012) as Special Judge at Ghaziabad to try cases covered under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Smt. Vandana Singh, VIIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to be IXth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad.

It is to add that local arrangement shall be made by you in pursuance to the circular letter No.27/D.R.(S)/2000 dated 21.6.2000.

You shall hand over charge of your present post and shall proceed to take over charge of your new posting immediately.

The officers shall also mention therein personal ID no. allotted by the Court on the charge certificates.
