In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 27-A of U.P. Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1975 (as amended) and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the High Court is pleased to grant Super Time Pay Scale of Rs. 70290-1540-76450/- as per G.O. No. 3195/II-4-2003-45(12)/1991 T.C., dated 04.08.2003, read with G.O. No.793/II-4-2010-45(12)/91T.C., VI dated 30.4.2010 and No.1122/II-4-2011-45(12)/91 T.C.-6 dated 18.5.2011 to the following officers of U.P. Higher Judicial Service from the date mentioned against their names and financial benefits given to the officers shall not be withdrawn in view of the Full Court Resolution dated 14.04.2016:-
