Hon'ble Mr Justice Ramesh Sinha will sit singly in Court 4 after the Division Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr Justice Ramesh Sinha and Hon'ble Mr Justice V.K. Srivastava-III instead of after midday recess and will take up the determination shown before his Lordship.
