Online applications are invited from the eligible Indian Nationals for filling up the post of Lift Operator & Mechanic (Electrical and Mechanical) (Class IV posts) in the establishment of High Court, Allahabad and Lucknow Bench, Lucknow. The candidate must possess minimum requisite educational qualification, experience and other qualification for being selected against the vacancies as prescribed in the relevant rules/advertisement for each post. These posts are being filled up under the Allahabad High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1976 and orders issued from Hon'ble the Chief Justice in this regard from time to time. The candidate is required to submit only online application form for the post with prescribed examination fees.

Age Relaxation:- Maximum age limit shall in the case of candidates of the S.C., S.T. & other categories candidates of U.P. be enhanced by 5 years.

Reservation shall be made available to the reserved categories candidates of U.P. in accordance with the provisions of relevant Rules and G.O. Issued in this regard.

Fee for General (Unreserved) and OBC category candidates shall be Rs.500+ bank charges extra and the fee for SC/ST category of Uttar Pradesh shall be Rs.300+bank charges extra.

The candidates belonging to the Horizontal category shall have to pay fees according to their original respective category.

The selection process for the post of Lift Operator & Mechanic shall be in two stages. Stage -1 and Stage-2. Each Test carrying 100 Questions of 100 marks having duration of 90 minutes to be answered on O.M.R. sheet. The information regarding Date, Time and Venue of the Examination/Interview shall be intimated to the candidates through e-admit cards later on.
