• Graduated in Science from Agra University, Agra in the Year 1977 and Law from Meerut University, Meerut in the year 1980.
• Enrolled as an advocate on October 05, 1980.
• Practised tax matters, but gradually specialized in service and electricity matters.
• Worked as Standing Counsel for U.P.S.E.B.(U.P. Power Corporation), U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam, Allahabad University and Allahabad High Court and its Subordinate Courts.
• On Sep 19,2003, he was appointed Additional Advocate General, U.P. till elevation.
