Graduated in Law. Born on October 22nd, 1936. Joined Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service as Additional Munsif and Confirmed in the Higher Judicial Service. Worked as Additional Director, Judicial Training & Research Institute, Lucknow and as Chairman, State Transport Appellate Tribunal. Appointed as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court from March 15th, 1935. Retired on October 22nd, 1998.
