With reference to your letter no. 2016/JTRI-1234 dated 05.08.2016 on the above subject, I am directed to inform you that the Court has been pleased to approve and nominate the officers mentioned in List-'A' for One day Special Training Programme for Judicial Officers working in the Law Department of Government of U.P. on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at JTRI, UP, Lucknow.

I am further to say that the Court has also been pleased to approve that TA/ DA of the participants for the aforesaid Special Training Programme shall be drawn by the participants from their respective Department and not from the Judicial Training & Research Institute, U.P., Lucknow.

I am, therefore, to request you to take necessary steps accordingly.
