Subject: - Regarding request of officers of Higher Judicial Service cadre for oral/personal hearing who have submitted objections/ representations against Tentative Seniority List dated 18.12.2014.

In continuation to Court's Letter No. 492/JR(S)/2014 dated 20.12.2014 regarding Second Tentative Seniority Report/List dated 18.12.2014, I have been directed to inform you that Hon'ble the Seniority Committee has been pleased to pass the Order that the following officers, who have submitted objections against Second Tentative Seniority List dated 18.12.2014 and requested for personal/oral hearing, be informed to remain present for personal/oral hearing on 05.02.2015 at 02:00 PM before the Committee in the Conference Hall adjacent to Judges' Library accordingly:

I am further to say that the visit of the officers may be treated official only to the extent that they may claim Special Casual Leave for the date on which they appear before the Committee for hearing but T.A. & D.A. will not be made admissible to them.
I am further to say that any officer, whose name has not been included in the aforesaid list inadvertently, but has requested for personal hearing while filing his/her objections against Second Tentative Seniority Report/ List dated 18.12.2014, may also be present in person on 05.02.2015 at 2:00 PM under intimation to the Hon'ble Court at earliest.
I am, therefore, to request you that kindly get it downloaded from official website of Hon'ble Court i.e. www.allahabadhighcourt.in and apprise all the sub-ordinate officers concerned with the direction to appear in person before Hon'ble the Seniority Committee on 05.02.2015 at 2:00 PM accordingly.
Kindly treat it as most urgent.
