"It is hereby informed that a "National Mega Lok Adalat" is scheduled to be held on 6.12.2014 in the High Court Allahabad.

In this Mega Lok Adalat cases of Civil nature shall be decided/settled on the basis of compromise. Civil/Matrimonial cases, Motor Accident Claim Appeal (FAFO), Land Acquisition Appeal and cases relating sec. 138 N.I. Act may be fixed in Lok Adalat on the request of parties/counsels. A person who desires to get his/her such matters settled through Lok Adalat, May move an application to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services committee for fixing his/her case in Lok Adalat for compromise.

For success of this National Mega Lok Adalat, which is National Movement, High Court Legal Services Committee expects the whole-hearted support and cooperation of learned members of the Bar."
