Sri Samarth Agrawal, Metropolitan Magistrate, First Class, Kanpur Nagar to be Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kanpur Nagar.

Sri Manindra Pal Singh, Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kanpur Nagar is appointed U/s 16(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) as Metropolitan Magistrate, First Class, Kanpur Nagar.

Sri Milind Kumar Singh, Metropolitan Magistrate, First Class, Kanpur Nagar to be Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rath (Hamirpur) in the vacant court.

He is also appointed U/s 11(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) as Judicial Magistrate, First Class for trying cases relating to Economic Offences at Rath (Hamirpur).
