In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause 12-D (Note) of Financial Hand Book, Volume –V (Part-I), Chapter-II, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad hereby delegates Financial Powers to Sri Tej Bahadur Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Baghpat, till new District & Sessions Judge assumes charge of his office.
