The handing and taking over charge certificates may kindly be sent to the Joint Registrar (Services), High Court, Allahabad as per direction mentioned in Hon’ble Court’s Letter No. 180/Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 26.03.2026, both physically and via email ID service@allahabadhighcourt.in
The officers shall also mention their personal ID no., allotted by the Court on the charge certificate.
The officer who is transferred/posted on his own request, is not entitled for any T.A. under Rule 42 of Chapter-IV of Financial Hand Book, Volume-III.
Kindly refer to G.L. No. 27/Admin G-II dated 24.11.2021 wherein it has been directed that “District & Sessions Judges & Principal Judges of Family Courts to strictly ensure that no case remains pending in courts falling vacant on account of transfer etc. of presiding officers, unless the same is specifically barred.
That immediately upon handing over charge by the transferred Presiding Officer and the Court falling vacant as a result thereof, the staff attached to such vacant court be transferred to other courts/establishment.
All representations from Judicial Officers for premature transfer received up to 08.05.2026 have been considered. Representations from officers whose names have not been mentioned above, shall be deemed rejected.
