The Court's Notification Nos. 1965/DR(S)/2012 to 1969/DR(S)/2012 dated 11.11.2012 regarding posting of officers are hereby cancelled.

In supersession of Court’s Notification No. 1964/DR(S)/2011 dated 11.11.2012 Smt. Reeta Singh, Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor to be Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gautam Buddha Nagar vice Sri Jai Singh Pundir.

In supersession of Court’s Notification No. 1980/DR(S)/2011 dated 11.11.2012 Sri Vipin Kumar-II, Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat) to be Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Gautam Buddha Nagar.

In supersession of Court’s Notification No. 1994/DR(S)/2011 dated 11.11.2012 Sri Anil Kumar Yadav-II, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar to be Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar vice Sri Awadh Behari Singh.

He is also appointed U/s 11(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) as Judicial Magistrate, First Class for trying cases relating to Economic Offences at Gautam Buddha Nagar.
