All the officers posted from their present place of posting to the adjoining district or otherwise are given an option to move representation at the time of annual chain so as not to be deprived of availing the opportunity of giving options for the place of posting in annual chain of transfers failing which they would have to remain posted in the same zone from where they might be willing to go out, to compensate them against midterm transfer.
