Pursuant to Government Notification No. U.O. 75/ VI-Pu-9-06-332/91-Nyay-2 dated 29.8.2006 Sri Umesh Chandra Pandey, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Varanasi is appointed/ posted in the court of Special Judge, Anti Corruption, Varanasi created vide G.O. No. 3246/VII-Nyay- 2- 94 -332G/ 91, dated 24.2.1995, in the vacant court.
Sri Ram Pal Singh-I, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur to be Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Gorakhpur vice Sri Indrajeet Verma.
He is also appointed U/s 12-A of U.P. Essential Commodities (Special Provisions) Act, 1981, as Special Judge at Gorakhpur against the special court created for trying cases under the said Act.

Sri Abhai Kumar, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur to be Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Gorakhpur vice Sri Deepak Kumar.
He is also appointed as Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes at Gorakhpur in the special court created under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 for trying cases under the said Act.
