“The Committee has seen Reports in respect of Shri Ravi (Roll No. 34814) and Shri Vishal Chaudhary (Roll No. 271) who are permanent residents of Bihar and Uttarakhand respectively and have enclosed Caste Certificates issued from their respective States.
In view of the fact that they are permanent residents of other States they can not be treated in the reserved category but can be treated only in the General Category. The office has also reported that both of them do not qualify even in the Preliminary Examination if they are treated as General Category candidates.
The Committee therefore resolves that the candidature and final selection of Shri Ravi and Shri Vishal Chuadhary be cancelled and they be informed accordingly.”
