(INVITATION FOR APPLICATION FOR PHASE-II REGISTRATION FOR ALLOTMENT OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED ADVOCATES’ CHAMBERS AT HIGH COURT, ALLAHABAD)

  1. A Revised Final Seniority List of 15137 Eligible Advocates (List-A) and a Revised Final Deficiency List of 758 Eligible Advocates (List-B)(whose data was found deficient) were published on 17.07.2026.
  2. In Phase I, a total of 10,639 Advocates (out of the first 11,000 Eligible Advocates, excluding those whose names were reflected in List B) were invited to register their applications through IACAS Portal from 06:00 PM on 17.07.2026 till 05:59 PM on 24.07.2026. Later, it was extended till 05:59 PM on 28.07.2026.
  3. The Phase-I registration for allotment of Advocates’ chambers has been successfully concluded on 28.07.2026 with 8,972 Advocates completing their online registration.
  4. Meanwhile, applications were received from many Eligible Advocates to cure deficiencies in their data upon completion of Phase-I of registration for allotment of Advocates’ chambers. After removal of deficiencies, the updated Revised Final Seniority List (List A-1) of 15137 Advocates has been published.
  5. A list-D containing names of 329 Advocates whose data remained deficient despite repeated opportunities granted, has been prepared and published. Their data shall remain blocked in the final dataset for ‘Phase-II’ registration.
  6. Accordingly, the following Advocates can register their application through IACAS (which can be accessed at http//:advch.allahabadhighcourt.in) in ‘Phase II’, from 04:00 PM on 07.08.2026 to 05:59 PM on 10.08.2026:-
    1. All Eligible Advocates at seniority positions between serial no. 11001 to serial no.11655 in updated Revised Final Seniority List and whose data have been marked as ‘Complete’ in the List.
    2. All Advocates whose data was deficient and marked as ‘Incomplete’ in List-A during Phase-I and who have cured the deficiency and whose names are reflected in updated Revised Final Seniority List and their data has been marked as ‘Complete’.
    3. All the Advocates who were otherwise Eligible within first 11000 seniority positions out of list of 15137 Eligible Advocates during Phase-I and whose data was marked as ‘Complete’ in List-A but could not register themselves on account of change in registered mobile numbers etc. and who have cured the same by 05.08.2026.
