The candidates be required to join by 1st September, 2012 and if some candidates do not join by 1st September, 2012 and file an application for extension of time to join then the candidates can be permitted to join by the Committee for the extended period which may not exceed more than one month and if they do not file any applications, the persons next in the order of merit may be given option to join.
