Pre-Requisites for Applying Online | |
Before applying online, candidates should | |
(i) | Have a receipt/journal no. after depositing requisite fee (Rs.850/- for General/OBC category and Rs.600/- for SC/ST category) in the State Bank of India at any Branch in India on prescribed challan which may be downloaded from the website. (The candidate have to submit High Court's copy with the downloaded / printed system generated filled application form.) |
Filling in the Online Application | |
(i) | Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Date of Birth, Address, Category, etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after submitting the Online Application. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained and permissible. |
(ii) | Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the "SUBMIT" button, candidates are advised to verify every particular filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found at later stage may disqualify the candidature. |
(iii) | After submitting the application form, a Login Id and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Login Id and Password for future reference. |
(iv) | After applying on-line, the candidate should take a hard copy of the system generated filled on-line application form. They are required to paste recent coloured Photograph (passport size) and sign the printout and submit it with all required papers as given in the instructions. CANDIDATES PRACTISING WITHIN THE STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH The downloaded hard copy / printout of the application form alongwith required documents as mentioned in the instructions have to be submitted before District & Sessions Judge of the district or Registrar General / Registrar, High Court, Allahabad or Lucknow as the case may be, on or before 15/05/2012. CANDIDATES PRACTISING OUTSIDE STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH The downloaded hard copy / printout of the application form alongwith required documents as mentioned in the instructions duly forwarded by District & Session Judge of the district or Registrar General/Registrar of the High Courts or Secretary General of Supreme Court as the case may be, shall be sent by the candidate directly by Registered post to the Registrar (Selection & Appointment), High Court of Judicature at Allahabad so as to reach on or before 15/05/2012. |
(v) | No acknowledgment will be given for online registration. However, a Login Id and Password will be generated. If a candidate does not get online generated Login Id and Password, he/she should go to 'Application Printout / Reprint' link to login and then click on 'Forgot Password' and provide the details as required he/she specified in the application form. If a new Password is generated, he/she should continue. Otherwise, he/she should consider applying again. |
(vi) | Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances AFTER SUBMITTING THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM. High Court will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form. |
(vii) | Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply on-line much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on the High Court's website on account of heavy load on internet/website. |
(viii) | High Court does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Court. |
(ix) | Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected. |
(x) | Any information submitted by an applicant in his/ her application will bind the candidate personally and if found to be false shall be liable for prosecution apart from consequences in civil law as may be deemed requisite. |
(xi) | DOCUMENTS/ CERTIFICATES: Following Documents/ Certificates are to be submitted along with the downloaded / printed filled application form of the On-line Recruitment Application (ORA) failing which the candidature would not be considered: (a) Matriculation/ 10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating Date of Birth, or mark sheet issued by Central/State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of their claim of age. (Self attested copy) (b) Copies of Degree/Diploma certificate along with marks statements pertaining to all the academic years as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years will be accepted. (Self attested copy) (c) Copy of registration in Bar Council. (Self attested copy) (d) Copy of certificate of standing as an Advocate in the prescribed proforma from the District & Session Judge of the district or Registrar General/Registrar of the High Courts or Secretary General of Supreme Court as the case may be, for the entire standing claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of practice (date, month, year). (Original copy) (e) Caste certificate of candidate seeking reservation as SC/ ST/ OBC, in the prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority indicating clearly the candidate's Caste, village/ town, the candidate is ordinarily a resident of, if applicable. (Self attested copy) (f) Certificate of character from the District & Session Judge of the district or Registrar General/Registrar of the High Courts or Secretary General of Supreme Court as the case may be and two certificates of Character from two responsible persons of status well acquainted with the candidate in private life and unconnected with school/college/University. The certificates must not be of a date preceding six months the date of application. (Original copy) (g) Photo identity card i.e., U.I.D./Voter I.D. Card / Driving Licence / Passport / PAN Card / Bar Council Identity Card/ Bank's Passbook copy with photograph. (Self attested copy) (h) Two self-addressed (IN BLOCK LETTERS) stamped envelops of the size of 26 cm. x 12.5 cm. (i) Copy of counterfoil (High Court's Copy) of Bank Challan evidencing deposit of requisite fee. (Original copy) (j)Any other document / documents reference of which has / have been given in columns as mentioned above. |
(xii) | The candidates shall be required to submit such information and docuements as may be required by the High Court, Allahabad time to time. |
