• Obtained B.Sc. and LL.B. degrees from Agra University in the years 1959 and 1961 respectively.
• Practised as an Advocate on Civil and Criminal sides from 1962 in District Courts at Bulandshahar.
• Appointed as Munsif in Jan, 1969 and promoted as Additional District and Sessions Judge in Jun, 1977. Again promoted as District and Sessions Judge in Jun, 1990.
• Elevated as permanent Judge on Feb 05, 1999.
• Author of Article 'Execution of Eviction Decrees in UP' published in Journal Section of AIR 1977 at page 57.
• The article pointed out that the decrees for eviction of lessees passed by Judges, Small Causes Courts in UP are not executable, resulting in proper amendments in the provisions of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act.
