• LLB (first division) and LLM (Gold Medalist) from DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur with specialisation in Comparative Federalism and Administrative Law qualified UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET) Law.
• Pursuing Ph.D. (Law) from the India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER) Goa on the Topic “Fiscal Distress in the Financial Institutions from the Insolvency Law Perspective.”
• Practised as an Advocate-on-Record and later got designated as Senior Advocate by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
• Represented the State of Madhya Pradesh as Additional Advocate General (AAG) and the State of Uttar Pradesh as Standing Counsel before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Also represented Union of India, Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), Election Commission of India (ECI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) etc.
• Have argued hundreds of reportable judgements before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India including appeals involving death sentence. Also reportable judgements are argued on various laws such as Banking & Financial Laws, Constitutional Law, Corporate Laws, Criminal Laws, Education Laws, Election Laws, Environment Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law (IBC), Interpretation of Statutes, Property & other Civil Laws, Right To Information Law, Service & Employment Laws and Taxation Laws.
• Served as Assistant Professor (Law) in National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore and delivered lectures in many universities outside India.
• Received fellowship from German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and from the University of Cologne, Germany for research stay and to deliver lectures in the University of Cologne.
• Authored a book entitled “New World Economy: Changing Dimensions of Commerce Clause” published by Deep & Deep Publications Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India in 2004. Also published 22 papers/ articles/ chapter of the book in national as well as international legal journals/ magazines/ newspapers, etc.
• Took oath as a Judge on September 27, 2025.
